We want you to love your new frames, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange on all eligible eyewear. Please ensure items are in their original condition with all packaging included to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to initiate the process.

  Select Your Items

  Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and select the reason for the return from the provided options.

  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your eyewear in its original case, and attach the label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
